The Fall of Lunaria — MythOS World Event

EVENT

The Fall of Lunaria is a defining historical moment in MythOS — a world that records its own history permanently and where nothing is ever forgotten.

What Was The Fall of Lunaria?

Lunaria was the greatest city of the Twilight Expanse — a realm of silver spires and eternal twilight, home to demigods and ascended heroes. During the War of Heaven, the Throne of Dreams retreated so deeply into her own visions that she lost track of which reality was real. While she dreamed, Lunaria burned. The city's defenders held for three hundred years against forces from three different Thrones. In the end, Lunaria did not fall to an enemy — it fell because the Dreams that sustained it simply... stopped. The city now drifts as a ghost-realm, its spires intact but its inhabitants trapped in an eternal dream from which they cannot wake.
